Fall has come to my yard, my 2020 gym, but we still have some pretty colors this weekend. Although not able to run or workout hard because my knees are hurting from IT band strain, I am at least walking some. Dropping my calories to fit my reduced activity has not been fun, but I am managing. I'm hovering about half a pound above "blue," which isn't quite were I want to be, but I am pretty confident I will be back down in the next couple days. I hope you all are having a wonderful, productive weekend!

Thank you all! I am so grateful for beauty! This year sure has been full of rotten stuff for so many, so I'm so thankful there is still some life and color in my garden for just a bit longer,

I never have, Katsolo. Only on my wild rose bush do they really develop. This fall is the first time enough are on my bush that I could reasonably harvest them. Maybe I should think about not just leaving them for the birds!

We sometimes boil rose hips to make tea that’s supposed to strengthen the immune system in the winter!
