9st 9 (SS at WW) Happy with this tho was disappointed to stay same at WW. Taken up hula hoop this week, only the lightest weight but am very bruised! Hopefully a better result next week-not looking good for my Thanksgiving challenge tho :-(
135.0 lb Lost so far: 44.0 lb.    Still to go: 3.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
