9st 10 (4lb off at WW) Really pleased with the WW result, home result a bit less impressive but in right direction at least :-) In the interest of completeness I should note that my weigh in a fortnight ago didn't get posted and it won't let me go back and add one, but anyway it was the same weight as last week so nothing striking in the graph pattern there. At my current rate I shall be failing the 7lb by Thanksgiving challenge that I joined, but after I signed up I realised the date was sooner than I had a reasonable chance of achieving, but I didn't withdraw cos you never know your luck! But as kickstarts go, this week doesn't augur well for the rest of the challenge! Never mind, will keep at it and see what happens :-)
136.0 lb Lost so far: 43.0 lb.    Still to go: 4.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
