I have been experimenting since my last weigh in 15 days ago. Been eating some BAD stuff EVERYDAY & still managed to adjust my menu for the remainder of the day to still lose a small amount over those 15 days! Enjoy life & still lose! 😃

Diet Calendar Entry for 03 October 2020:

Remember that there are no bad foods as such. We all like an occasional treat and there should never be guilt associated with that. It’s all about making BETTER choices most of the time and less healthy choices ONCE IN A WHILE. Remember, this is a lifestyle change for the long haul, not 10 lb. for the prom. Ways of eating that create feelings of deprivation, cravings and guilt are not sustainable. Your treat choices can be built into your daily macros if you can master portion control and moderation. Your weight loss so far is proof that you can easily do this. Just keep going.
