Not sure if there is a ton of improvement since January, but I hope there is a little. I just want it to look like I lift. I want to look strong.

I see it. Most normal people have zero muscle definition in their back whether they're fat or skinny. You're doing it and I see both shoulder and upper back muscle groups.

Thanks you guys! I'll thank you better later but I'm at work and then it's back and biceps today. 😍 I'm a hair under 5'9 with posture that puts me at 5'6" if I don't pay attention. 😳
