Movement is everything. Every extra step taken is a win.
Today: Over 5 miles at brisk pace done by 6:30 this morning. My Kilimanjaro trek is almost complete. My RPE is better than it was so I can move much quicker and I need less active recovery time than the program so I adjust speed manually. Averaging around 90 minutes of cardio a day. Average calories burned 550. I’ll probably complete one more session this evening to wind down.
Kiddos still asleep so early morning workouts set me up for the day. Good healthy habits and good for the mental health.
Still eager to lift but I do what I can. Saving the mental space by not getting upset over what I can’t do.
