Had a “fun” non planned visit to dentist to re bond a crown that popped out. Maybe I should have a slurpee instead? Lol
Air fried cabbage steak, tuna salad with red pepper, jalapeños, aioli and jalapeño mustard.... All weighed and logged. Super low cal and filling protein dish!

LKL, how was the dentist visit? my mom has a loose crown and is scared to death of going. I know it's going to be different everywhere, but did it feel at least reasonably under control?

I do cabbage steaks in the oven 😊 We're having cabbage tonight with apples & pork chops. I looked for the jalapeño mustard at Walmart today...no luck.
