I’m back!🎉 Didn’t go fast but it was a good cardio workout. Can’t lift, yet, but I’m doing squats and other things without weights.

Wanted to get my feet weight today. I like picking a mid point of a series to see how I like it and the trainer. This guy is fun to listen to and views are awesome so tomorrow I’ll start from the beginning of the Kilimanjaro series which is Lemosho Gate. In one year we plan to actually make the trek up Kili. Of course it’s all contingent on world and life circumstances but it’s a goal.
