Planning to start the Kilimanjaro summit series starting Monday. Excited. 🎉 Interval hiking has to be my favorite cardio and the most taxing. Sure, running is hard, and I like it but interval anything definitely is more difficult. Speeding and slowing then having to speed up again is a great workout. Add in steady incline and wow... every muscle turns on. Average speed on series is around a 3. Not fast but beneficial and a good workout to start up after sidelined.
Weight fluctuates between 147-150 which is quite acceptable.


Already antsy to get started.

OMG, climbing mountains, even virtual ones, just makes me want to lie down and rest. LOL! Good luck and enjoy the view when you get to the top! 💛

The original adidas phone app had a great interval running plan. They moved on from it and its never been as good since. I need to find a good replacement.

What/where is the Kilimanjaro series? I have climbed Kilimanjaro for real, twice - and going back for a third time next February.

It’s on the iFit app. 😊 They have a plethora of locations and training programs. I sync mine to my NordicTrack.
