I took my own frozen smoothie to the ice cream social last night and wasn't even tempted by the ice cream. I didn't even look at it!! Yay for me! But I did drink some gingerale, that was a mistake! I wasn't even thinking about it not being diet. Yike when I looked at the sugar amount.So today I have been very careful to keep within my macros.

Have not had time for evening walks this week, so my main exercise has been gardening. I will be able to start walking again on Sunday evening and am looking forward to it. Each time we walk we extend it just a little further, so we are getting close to a mile. I think that's not too bad for a 78 year old.
