Finished a nice steady state run at a 5.2 pace to get the day going and 4 different cross training exercises. Tonight will be lifting. Chest press, fly, tricep extensions. 💪 Going to attempt to up the reps. I’ll gladly let you all know when I’m ready for the gun show. I’m thinking May 1, 2022 sounds good. 😂
