I’ve been MIA on posting but keeping decent track of calories and workouts. Training and traveling have kept me busy. No adequate way to show how my helping to train volunteer firefighters is burning calories but it must be doing something.🤷🏻‍♀️
Still working my program and indulging without overindulging. I’m finally out of the runners muck, which I was in. Lifting, interval runs, interval hikes, steady state hikes, steady state runs, and recovery walks have proved to be incredibly beneficial to my overall shape. (I have a waist! Yep, it’s there. I saw it! And more thigh gap! 😂) Scale is being friendly-ish as I continue to drop. If I posted weight daily I’d be a seesaw and I prefer a once a week post of weighing. Lessened my recovery times for a 2:1 work/recovery (instead of 1:2 then the 1:1) so that’s a big win and testament to progress of health.

Thank you, JC!😊 Finally a firm size 8 as a 10 is too big. And I finally pulled the trigger and ordered running shorts. I hate how shorts look on me (scars and thicker legs) but I’m embracing it all 😃

Thank you, Shir!😊 But, in all seriousness, it’s a tad (way, way, way more than a tad) harder and tasking on my body than I expected. Lol. I forgot how physically demanding it could be. I swear even my pinkies hurt. Doesn’t stop my morning workouts, though. Serious strength training and calorie burning in effect. 💪 So it’s a win-OUCH-win-OUCH! 🤣😂
