Today I did the third interval workout on a 30 day session but then I did a short 22 minute walk interval with body weight cross training thrown in. Still sweat like crazy and it was pretty fun. Push day on weights tonight. No walk today because we are getting some nasty weather coming in. Meatloaf, veggies, potatoes for dinner.
Weighed 159.8 this morning but, as always, I’ll take whatever the Monday weigh-in shows.
Keep moving, keep pushing.

I try not to check my weight during the week but if I do I agree with you Monday weigh-in is the one I go with too.
Sandy (my Cocker Spaniel) and I did get a 30 min walk in this morning on the bogs; like you said bad weather coming later this afternoon. I was hoping that the walk would help change my morning and it did... thankfully!! It started of with me inadvertently creating a new diet this morning. It's called Plan and don't follow. I planned on two fried eggs, two sausage links, 1 piece of Pumpernickel toast and my protein shake. Well as I was making the eggs two for me one for my husband's lunch (pack him lunch for work everyday) I put crushed red pepper on two eggs instead of just one, then I didn't cook enough sausage and also burnt my toast. So I had one egg, one link and one shake. If I keep cooking like this I'm sure to lose weight!! LOL
Anyways, enjoy your dinner and have a great day! Stay safe and healthy!
