4th workout in series done. Pushed harder today but still going to get in a hiking walk in a bit. Weight machine exercises completed and some body weight cross training. Feeling pretty accomplished and it’s barely 7AM. 💪

Found out our oldest has been finally cleared to return to the states after finally showing a couple of negative tests after her recovery but she will be flown to Washington State and stay there, for the time being.
Much red tape but necessary for her safety and others. So she won’t be here with us but at least she’ll be in a familiar environment. We have family there and she will be allowed to stay with them, after a checkup. She’s had such a positive attitude with everything and we are so proud!
Thankful for the governments and all the individuals involved on getting people home as safely as possible.🙏

Comments 
Decided to do incline hike which is the day 5 session because of an abundance of energy (instead of waking hike). Tomorrow is a recovery run and maybe a walking tour. Staying motivated isn’t always easy but it’s ALWAYS worth it!
