Wow, so after 17 years I've joined Weight Watchers once again. Boy, things have changed, LOL! I'm relearning everything. I'm a Purple, so...a little limited on the amounts of food I can afford, but that's what I wanted. After seesawing over 3 lbs for weeks it's time to manage the amounts of food I eat. I will do this so I'm feeling great when I leave for Mexico!
