It's my 62nd b-day today! In celebration I had a TSA appointment to qualify for TSA-pre next month when I'm in Mexico for 31 days. Turns out I'm missing half a fingerprint, LOL. Must have been from my earlier career in food service management- burned off at some point? Well, after signing three more forms I was accepted. The dude behind the desk laughed and said it will be beneficial because I now have a unique profile identity. A little scary, but okie dokie. I've started to make protein shakes as snacks or mini meals with Tera's Whey. It's actually excellent stuff- absolutely no artificial sweeteners which I cannot stand and lower carbs, higher protein. And, it works! Filling and pretty darn good! Wrote two recipes for them. Now I can drop them in easily. A good day in the neighborhood!
