Heading to the gym for round 2 of some cardio and got met on the porch by my neighbor with her annual Christmas goodies. 😍🤷🏻‍♀️ still gonna exercise. 💪🏼🤸‍♀️

great neighbors.I never see mine unless they are being nosey, wondering what a police car is doing in someone's yard. terrible but true.

I had 1 piece of fudge and one of the powder balls- probably 150 calories to power me through a 3.5 mile walk. :P

Thanks, Diablo! ❤️ I didn't find it too hard to resist so that is a nice surprise. Usually it's 1/2 gone before Lynn makes it back to her house. 😜

She's a great neighbor and part of our church family. It does look like she gave a little less this year. Or maybe this plate is gigantic. I don't mind at all. It's up to me to learn how to live around food and holidays. I ate two pieces prior to exercising and I just ate a thin slice of lemon poppy seed bread which replaced my morning toast. For me, it's learning how to make right choices and each day is practice -though I do think some people sabotage on purpose, she isn't one of them. ❤️☺️👍🏼

Merry Christmas, Rose! Fritzy, on the bright side...seems like you'll be losing weight though not a fun way to do it. I hope you get good news soon! I know I'd have a hard time not testing the waters but maybe an attack is more scary and painful than I realize. Keep me posted! I'm thinking of you!

I just had a Christmas cookie. The vanilla butter cookie covered in powdered sugar. Went to my sister's house and had just one. So I'll wait and see if I get pain 2 to 3 hours from now. Don't think it will happen, I think the pain happens when I over eat foods high in animal fat or dairy fat. Chicken noodle soup is on the menu for today (canned Progresso). Hope you and your family have a wonderful Christmas.
