Hahahaha! Yea only day 2 of no carbs and I’m feeling a bit cranky. But only 4 more days to go 👍 It was deadlift day today. I worked a bit of volume and worked abs too. I felt like I had a good amount of strength and energy inspire of not being carbed up. I probably still had a plenty of glycogen stored from the weekend though 😅😅😅

Thanks guys! I’m not going on keto right now. I just really have to cut out the carbs. My eating/ cravings have been beyond my control so I’ve got to limit them the best I can. I still want to be able to eat “regularly” for special occasions so I’m not going to torture myself with going back and forth with ketosis. It takes me about 4 days to get into ketosis and about an additional 2 days to shake the cravings and the moodiness. I don’t want to go through that several times before Christmas. I’m aiming for 30 carbs to try to keep from entering ketosis.

I see... that is what you meant by 6 days. Yeah that makes sense. Sometimes restrictions have to happen in quantity or kind or both.

30 carbs is mild ketosis and a great, flexible place to ride along.
