Roasted veggie taco salad from my food-prepper, with vegan “beef” crumbles (before I mixed together).

@Sally - One of my friends at my gym has a meal prep business. Im not positive that I logged it right, but it was right about 300 calories. This is one of my gripes about FS- my friend can give me the total macros for the meal, but I cant just plug those numbers in. I have to add the ingredients in myself which is hard when I dont know exactly what the brands or measurements are.

I’m with you. This is an unnecessarily cumbersome system. Furthermore, many of the food items are not even correct.

I do not use it as gospel. I make homemade most of the time but many of my “recipes” are just bits and pieces of leftovers, so I just pick a similar item that has what I think my dish would have. Mostly a place marker. I am more interested in the nutritional value of the food I eat— micronutrients.

You can create your own recipe or custom food item with all the macros. You don't have to share to the public. I have a few personal custom foods I've created for my self.
