Happy happy Friday...today’s workout/zwift ride was my first workout..on blood pressure meds...

heart pressure has been reading high ..was feeling like it was fluttering...so...they put me on meds..I checked this morning...before ride and meds...123/63...right where it use to be...the ekg showed a little difference in a year..go back Monday..for another visit...

Doctor told me if I feel like a workout...go right ahead...she rides as well...so understands my addiction to riding

I feel fine..no pain...no numbness..knew my blood pressure had changed a little...yesterday it was 147/74... before I rode...felt fine..but had the flutter feeling...decided to go to doctor...after internet search...get it figured out...

Plans today...who knows..need to do some prep..get caught up again...maybe do some outside work..if it’s cool enough...and no humidity....

Welp....another workout done....have a fantastic day....
