Lot of lightening and thunder in the wee morning hours before wake up time...

Happy happy Thursday...

Still wet outside..looking like might be that way all day...glad I got grass mowed yesterday...wore one of those whits nose mask..by the time my hour was up..it was no longer usable..but I was done...came inside cleaned the pollen off...sinuses are ok this morning...looking like cooler temps at night..guess summer is about to be over..80% chance of rain tv just showed..

Just got done with my hour on zwift..I’m finding ..that only doing an hour workout..is easier to be motivated..when I get up the next day...not having to listen to that little voice as much...and 3 days of riding..and I’m looking forward to tomorrow’s workout...

Just figured out how to snap shot stats in Strava..so easier then typing it in..and more stats also..

Off to the kitchen...time to refeed..get rest of the day lined out...sleep..ride..eat...relax..do it all over...

Diddlee..you mentioned my heart as healthy as a horse...just came home from doctors...they put me on np meds..another visit next Monday..she said it had changed a little over the year..wanted to discuss more Monday..I’m feeling fine..heart just flutters..my blood pressure monitor said irregular heart beat this morning before my ride..figured I needed to check it out....she told me..if you feel like riding go for it...just don’t be climbing a lot of mountains....
