it's weird how i don't consume 3000 calories just by resting anymore. no wonder it's so hard for skinny people to lose belly fat. not even running gets me there and i used to be able to do 4000 a day easy...
207.2 lb Lost so far: 42.6 lb.    Still to go: 18.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
