2Cups light ice cream 2Tablespoons salted caramel sauce Ample squirts of Redi Whip Around 700 calories and what I can tell you is not even a pregnant woman likes mint chip ice cream with caramel on top. So, next month when it’s time for another sundae, I’ll definitely do something different. I’m nervous tomorrow for cake and pizza so I’m gonna fast til the party.... unless I’m super hungry before 4.

Portion control is everything! I’m going to say yes to the food and log it accordingly. I imagine I’ll have 1 piece of cake and 3 2X2 squares of cheeseburger pizza. I’m sure excited. But our family has been so stressed out everyone is cranky 🙄

Usually 2 cups ice cream and a 700 calorie dessert is too much for me. Especially following DASH and limiting myself to 90 g of sugar daily. But if it fits your macros, why not have a treat from time to time? I am sure baby Kay was doing cartwheels 😊
