I've been craving meat more than sweets. Especially beef steak. Even 8 oz doesn't seem like enough.
205.2 lb Lost so far: 6.8 lb.    Still to go: 55.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I get meat cravings too. I just give in and eat only meat one day, nothing else. I find that by doing that, I can satisfy my craving and still stay within my RDI.

You may be craving the B vitamins in meat. Except for sugar addition cravings, what we crave usually means we crave the vitamin/nutrition they provide.

Thanks for the input, everyone. I do feel bad about eating meat because my daughter and 2 nieces have given it up and they look very healthy. I am an animal lover so I'm living a lie. But giving up steak and BBQ pork would be harder than giving up candy. I'll check out Dr Ede's youtube channel.
