Went to the gym yesterday for an hour and did all my assigned exercises. I'm slow on the elliptical because of my knees, but I got up to 17 minutes. Finally remembered my ear buds so I listened to a true crime podcast. Made the time go a lot faster.
205.4 lb Lost so far: 6.6 lb.    Still to go: 55.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
