Okay, before I say anything let me remind anyone new here that Jeannie asks for opinions. I'm not being mean or unsolicited. Now that we've cleared that up - it is probably just me because I've never been comfortable wearing sleeveless in an office setting so I would suggest a very light summer jacket or sweater. The dress and color are beautiful on you. Leggings only if you feel comfortable; I can't tell from you just standing but it doesn't see too revealing from the photo alone. Now - emotionally - I would never suggest taking a photo for public viewing with the purpose of showing what you consider to be flaws. No one is perfect. You don't need that negative theme running in your thoughts. Celebrate your accomplishments.

The colors are really nice but it does seem a wee bit to "Casual" and light for your work environment. A long jacket, or yes, leggings may be in order.
