I saw a picture that someone took of me from the side, when I was squatting down. There went all of the confidence and self esteem I had been building. Even though I said I’d jump back on board, I also had idgaf moments. Today’s weigh in is an average of 5 because I’m dumb and stepped on the scale in disbelief after my first “good” weigh-in.
Whatever. It’s hard to keep myself from throwing it away but I really have worked hard to get here. I’ll be back to a normal schedule so it will be easier to make it happen. So frustrated.

Sorry about the pic but I do not think any woman will look their best in that position.

Good observation, @liv001. Just try to think of it as a good "Before" picture, @mbd121. You've already lost 9.5 pounds, but there are MANY more "After" pictures to come! PS - don't wait until you "arrive" to take them -- talk them along the way on your Journey.

Yeah, I don’t think that is a flattering position for anyone?

No, thats just all around not a good picture. It was just a kick in the gut though. I know the person who took the photo didnt do it out of spite and probably didnt even realize that it was unflattering, but someone else pointed it out to me who I know is super judgey. Im getting over it, it was just a shock when I was feeling good about how I look. I just forget sometimes that what I see, isnt always what I really look like.
