This weekend is my jobs biggest event of the year. Its a long weekend although luckily its not super hot. I brought food yesterday but things didnt go the way I planned and I was way over my RDI. I stopped at BK this morning for breakfast so I already started the day with some high numbers. Luckily theres a lot of sponsors out and a local restaurant is running the hospitality tent so I got a nice thing of fruit to snack on (wish I knew that was there yesterday). Plus Im sticking with my food that I brought and drinking lots of water.

It would be so easy to throw away all of my hard work over the past two months because my stupid scale isnt showing me what I want. Im just regrouping and planning so that Ill see success soon. Gotta stay positive!
258.0 lb Lost so far: 9.5 lb.    Still to go: 76.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
