Keith hill...on zwift...what a workout...

Happy happy Saturday.... positive energy and endorphins are flowing...

11.7 miles..76 min ride..495 calories burned..912 elevation...first time I tried to ride that part of London route...well did box hill other day...that is part of that route...for this week...81.7 miles..3638 in elevation...1700 miles so far for the year....and my power increased from 113 yesterday...to 136 this morning...so riding hills strengthens the legs...but when it comes time to wear jeans...I’m thinking there might be a new problem to solve...

Rain on its way...no sooner got grass cut yesterday..and was taking a break on front porch..then it started to pour....rain again tomorrow...then nicer days ahead...

Breakfast is over...time to make up a salad for next meal later today...grab an go meal...ate some wheat thins last nite..guess I needed the salt..later in the day...

My morning rides start out in a 16 hour fasted mode...but usually when I’m doing a hill route...20 minutes into ride...I have to do a gel...to keep my energy level from dropping...today with the added elevation...it was two gels spaced apart...
