I confess - Diablo is inspiring me as I continue to lean out. Over 2 years in, and Weights, Resistance Training, Yoga, and a wee bit of cardio are still paying off. Admittedly, there is a 4 lb difference between the middle and last pic. I was 139 lbs in the middle one. As most know, I usually sit at about 135-136 lbs these days. But, it sure is nice to see the hard work pay off. We open the pool today, so we'll be adding that into the mix in the next 2 weeks along with a new pair of stability bars so I can practice L sits, tri-cep dips, and inverted rows. #Wedon'tquit :-)

Thanks, Egull! My progress will surely slow on its own. For now, I am so overweight that 2# a week is pretty doable. Once I am below 200 or 190, I think it'll be closer to 5 or 6 a month. But yes- No hurry- though I am glad that it is coming off me quickly. Can't wait to be thin and strong. I love lifting and I'm excited for the progress I am making. Hope to one day have pics like these!

@davidsprincess- sounds like a plan! I look forward to your continued progress! And, I should correct my typo. I lost .7-.8 lbs/week NOT month. lol. All in all, I lost about 3lbs/month. It took me 20 months total to get to 150 lbs. I chose to transition into maintenance cals slowly using the reverse diet method and low and behold, lost another 15 lbs. I landed in the 130's last January and have been hanging steady ever since. @manley man - I joined the Half Size Me Community. Heather Robertson is my coach through the online community membership. However, she also provides personal coaching for a fee. Her approach is losing with maintenance in mind. She also has a podcast, which is now considered one of the best weight loss podcasts out there. And, I have to concur with CB - you are eating way to little. @love2educate - I get my protein in various ways. I eat dinner for breakfast, so I usually have some kind of 4-5 ounce meat in the morning with some veggies. Jerky and quest chips for a snack. Some kind of meal for lunch with protein in it like my chronic taco burrito bowl or a roast beef melt sandwich, bruchi's cheesesteak. For dinner, I'll usually have a protein bar because I do not like to work out on a full stomach and I'm not really hungry afterward. I also take BCAA's. There's hard boiled eggs, and protein shakes. You definitely have to higgle and haggle so you don't go over cals, but those protein grams add up. Greek Yogurt is good as well and Peanut Butter powder is great to top off protein amounts. I hope that helps!

@manley, I agree with cb1006, your calories are way to low. Nobody should eat under 1000, a 24 hour fast is one thing, but to constantly eat that low is unhealthy.
