Yay!!! I finally got back to the gym today. I took it easy as I am still a bit in pain from the diverticulitis. It went well. I however, did not meet my personal goal of fitting into my goal pants....maybe next week. Have a healthy day 🙋
189.9 lb Lost so far: 40.1 lb.    Still to go: 4.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
