Transferred my FatSecret weight history into Libre (app) and got this graph from it. Will probably record at both FatSecret and Libre. I do enjoy following friends here on FS.

Confessional time; Garmin Connect, Stava, Zwift and off and on My Fitness Pal (to compare calorie input to FS)...in my defense I am an engineer and historical data numbers, trend lines, etc. help keep me on track to reach my goals.

chrisw77 Find it interesting how you're well into tracking. I'm a bit lazy with it, but have found great joy with it lately. For example, I had no idea that tracking weight lifting progress could be fun. New arena.

Draglist & wannabhealthier Was considering fitbit, but went with a cheaper beginner device to start off with. Was primarily interested in sleep data, and heart rate during the bike ride, and I'm pleased with what I got from the low cost Honor Band 4. As this joy of tracking progress, who knows. May look into an upgrade later on.

shirfleur 1 Thank you very much. To me it speaks volumes of the ketogenic lifestyle. Unlike CICO, where you are very likely to turn fatter than you were in the start within ten years. Keto bring strong appetite control and you learn to use it. The graph also show that my mind and body is set for 22 pounds more than I am now. I've reached that peak twice. With time, this will fade away I assume.
