Sitting here watching my tv show, and obsessing over the tater tots I have refused to make for myself. I chose something different for my dinner, and I’ve eaten enough food for the day. But I have just enough room for a serving of tots and they sound soooo goooooood. But I’m abstaining because I know it’s gonna lead to overeating. So, this is my way of dealing with a silly craving. Wouldn't it be great if we automatically lost weight for every bad thing we declined to eat, like cake, cookies or donuts at work? I used to succumb every time, thinking "Free food has no calories." Turns out I was wrong ;-) Congrats on resisting your temptation!
