Calm your mind.. set your intentions..allow the universe to work..

Goood Wednesday morning...to everyone...another beautiful day in the neighborhood..slowly waking up to 52 outside this morning...another 70 today..but rain is on its way..

Was busy yesterday morning..kept busy..after lunch decided to mow lawn..first cutting of the season..soaked up sun for an hour while on rider...then neighbor next door walked over to see if I could cut theirs..her husband is recovering from hip surgery..I was thinking sure..more sun time...needless to say at 6pm last night I called it a day...slept 6 straight hours last night before I had to tinkle and get a drinky..then back to bed till 5 am..was tired of laying...

So even though my plans had been to rest...no rest except from riding on zwift and trainer...

The plan for today...hoping there’s a nap included...body is paying for being up and moving so much..I can tell in my knees ..I was on them to much...they feel puffy...

Not sure if I’m doing the build me up plan on zwift today...my schedule says tomorrow..might be another day off from riding..wait and see..

Welp..gonna head to kitchen and make breakfast...wishing I had a cup of mocha...I’m thinking that would wake me up...lol

Have a great day..time to get up and go go go...or today it might be...take it easy...
