Water loss...so sore from restarting at the gym after a 2.5 month break
133.8 lb Lost so far: 23.8 lb.    Still to go: 8.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Thanks everyone! Day 2 back at the gym. It feels good but man I’m sore! It’s amazing how quickly muscle disappears when you stop using weights.
