No weigh in today. I'm in a bowling tournament😱Have a healthy day.
196.9 lb Lost so far: 33.1 lb.    Still to go: 11.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Did your team win? Our church just participated in a fund-raiser for the local FISH (Christian organization that provides food to the community). We pledged a certain amount for each pin knocked down by our team. We didn't come anywhere CLOSE to first place, but at least we earned some money for a worthy cause.

I won't know if I won anything until after next weekend. I'm competing on Sat and Sunday. Keep your fingers crossed. I'm a very erratic bowler, I could bowl a 150 one game and come back with a 90 then bowl a 180.... I dunno🤷

I miss bowling 🥺 was never great at it put it sure is fun...now with two toddlers is very expensive to go out (day care at night is sooo expensive 🥺😓)
