17.85 carbs for the whole day....yay! The ketones are holding fast at 4.5. I'm very excited to see the scale tomorrow. I have to admit, I scooped out ice cream for my Mother and I put some in my mouth but spit it out, gross but necessary. I would have wasted an hour work out for 30 seconds of pleasure and a boat load of guilt. Thnx for being there, not only online but in my head.🙋

Your ketones are already going fine so going down on carbs may not really do anything more for you. At least that is my thinking. I think water is quite important right now.
