Another tough day, but I brought my carbs down to 32. Almost there. Draglist can you check my food and advise me. Thnx.

Just suggestions, but I'd cut out as much processed food as possible. No flatbread, green beans, or tomatoes. There was 20+ carbs right there.. Eggs meat and low carb veggies are best. Spinach, broccoli, and lettuce etc are best bet. Good luck!

Thank you. I found out after I ate the green beans how high the carbs were. I can't give up my flats just yet but I did cut down to half. I've upped my fresh meat consumption and cruciferous veggies. I have to admit I'm dying for an apple .

Green beans are good to eat but I would cut out the skim milk. Cream is what you use on Keto
