I can’t find the psyllium husk flour. I will have to either do Amazon or venture down to Whole Foods. I have a couple of lemon shortbread cookies recipes that I have made for years that are about 3/4 almond flour and 1/4 APFlour. They are delicious.

Recipe says you can replace psyllium with flax so I may do that. Yeah looks interesting. report back when you make it so we can hear if it works well

From the source I got the recipe, several people asked about replacing the psyllium powder, and all of the answers were: NO. The psyllium is very important to the texture of the bread.
