Thanks From37to184. I don't know what I need right now to get me moving in the right direction. I did so well yesterday, but you wouldn't know that from the scales. I'll just have to keep on trying. I know that trying isn't doing, but you have to start somewhere.

For me, 'trying *is* doing'. Quitting is the ONLY problem. For me, logging my food and weight, then looking back on it (very important step that people miss) is what allowed me to find out what worked for me.
