This would have been my same question, except the last 2 weeks my body has decided to stop pouting and has started to cooperate. 😊 Hang in there, you know what works. You'll be where you want to be sooner than you think. 😊👍

You have done fantastic! Sometimes we need to sake up the routine to get the weight moving - change some of the foods or do different exercise or movement, increase the water you drink or reduce the salt for a while...good luck

I feel your pain. It's been more than a month since I have seen a loss. I will not give up. I just keep experimenting with caloric intake, food types, and adding exercise. It will happen! ♥️

Scales are fine, but remember, Muscle weighs MORE than fat. If your clothes fit like you want or you are still getting "smaller", then don't sweat the scale, you're toning...

Don’t let the scale dictate whether you are a success or failure. Maybe you are already at what is a healthy weight for your body?

Don’t lose faith or get discouraged. I hovered in the same 5 lb range for 6 months. In January, I started losing again and appear to have busted through the plateau. Down 8 lbs since January 2nd.

@Mabels Progress, I'm right there with you. Scale will not budge, but my jeans are falling down even fresh off the line, so that's my true measure of how I'm doing. I have a scale that weighs body fat, but I can change that reading by drinking a glass of water or looking at chocolate, so I just use it as an overall guide, meaning if it's going down as a whole - great, but if I notice it trending up for more than a day or two, I make adjustments.

I know how you feel I gained 4lbs and can't seem to lose it again. I'm not eating thst different but it's harder now to lose even .2

IMO, the last ten pounds are the most challenging and most rewarding to loose. Stick with it!!!

Katsolo, right with you. Put on a pair of jeans the other day and thought they looked nice. Then slide them off without unbuttoning or unzipping. Off to charity they go.

Same here! I've slipped below 150 a few times last year, but it came back up. Almost there again, third times a charm. Good luck to you!
