an apple a day keeps the doctor away. since i had a very very no no bad breakfest this is my snack to help balance it out. and a lean cuisine for lunch. its all about choices. just cause you make one bad choice does not mean you have to make more.

Exactly right— just continue on with your normal plan. Try to avoid referring to your food and yourself as “BAD”. Bad has nothing to do with it. You just made a choice to do something a bit different and hopefully enjoyable this morning and now you will just continue on as usual.

I know it's a no no but I like a little salt on mine. It just brings out the flavor so well.

I put salt and fresh squeezed lemon juice. My husbands laughs because I hum while I am eating it.
