Hey! Yup I have an accountability partner this time. She used to run track and whatnot so maybe once we both lose the weight she can teach me how to keep it off. How's it going with you??

Welcome home, Hunter. I heard maintenance was more work than getting the weight off. Great you have someone to be held accountable to. You can do it!

You just have to keep sticking to you plan with a few small increases. That's why I keep saying make sure your weight loss plan is one you can stick with for life not one with an end.

Awwww I missed all of you!!!!! So long as I record what I eat I'm happy right now. I'm trying to regain that habit because when I see what I'm doing I want to make better choices. Plus I have to do low impact work outs. ... apparently my spine is worse than I previously thought... but! Less weight, less strain on my joints! Again. So happy to hear from all of you!!!! I'm surprised you remember me lol

Yay! I’m the accountability partner! I have to think twice about what I eat now that I have to write it down. Even though my diet sucks. I wanted to eat so much more! lol
