Best tasting and easiest to use is my new favorite PB Fit. I think it's 8g of protein and 70 calories per serving. I sprinkle it on my cereal and greek yogurt. Otherwise, protein powder to mix with water/milk is the 5-star nutrition from Walmart. Any protein powder will do though. I'm sure you can find competitive prices on Amazon.

My Walmart did not have any of the brands you guys recommended. I got some sort of organic brand. Hopefully it's OK

I used vanilla Market Pantry from Target. My Dietician and Doctors recommended it.

I lean toward the KETO WOE and find myself using protein supplement less. would love to find a strictly KETO meal replacement powder. I find myself supplementing my powders with fat to make macros come out right. Sams Club MuscleTech.

I really like the taste of the Optimum Nutrition 100% Whey...I think it's the best tasting for the numbers lol but...I'm not sure if they are low enough for KETO...24g protein per serving, 4g carbs, 1g fat, and 120 calories. They sell it at walmart too but costco or amazon usually is the best price if you can buy a larger quantity of it.

Costco has “gold standard 100% WHEY protein” the package is red and black with gold color on it. I have had many many kinds of protein powder from various stores from fredmeyer/Kroger to Walmart to health food stores etc. as well as GNC. But the chocolate flavor from Costco is by far the best tasting most satisfying and best value.

At Walmart they should have integrated supplements. It’s really good!

trader Joe's organic pea protein. $11 for a pound tub. I used to love gold standard whey but recently realized they cut it with soy lechiten, which is a sign of cheap filler practices. amature bodybuilder and works just as good as whey.

Whatever they have at Grocery outlet. If I have a choice I go with bone over whey.
