Happy Saturday!
Good morning everyone, Happy Saturday, how is everything going? for me, i'm trying to stay on track, it's been good, and then my hubby brings in so much junk food in the house because he don't drink anymore, so keep us in prayer. Thank You

I feel ya! I have a husband AND an adult house guest who both LOVE sweets, bread, pasta! We all eat dinner together (while we watch a TV program). I just make sure I'm eating something that I really enjoy (AND that is low-carb!) and I don't struggle too much with it. Praying you'll be able to resist temptation!

My husband quit drinking 30 years ago (long before I knew him), and he also replaced alcohol with sweets. Me? I went straight for the good stuff -- chocolate, and we're not just talkin' Hershey bars -- at about age 5 and haven't looked back. (If only I had the same violent reaction to chocolate that I have to alcohol!)
