Releasing my thought...good Saturday morning...after several days away..I miss journaling my morning thought...done it for so long..a part of me...not that my journal entries are that interesting...just allows me to get my thoughts out...

Today’s prep ahead for a few days...

My scales tell me body fat...which has been coming off...today it was up barely...have been thinking about switching off as much fat as I can...just to see if it affects readings...not that I eat that much fat to begin with..but have to work the heavy cream out of fridge...seems like when I decide to try something always something to work out of fridge first...

Been doing intervals when I do zwift rides...not only does it make legs stronger...it increases speed as well as adding more miles in less time...did 3 rides in 3days..56.8 miles...still 2 days to ride...

Welp...time to get up and prep the chicken...then get changed for a zwift ride...

I think for a lot of people ... it's the cheese that messes us up. I don't think a bit of cream in my coffee is going to hurt me though and it keeps me from being hungry in the morning as I try to do the 16:8 IF (missing the morning meal). Welcome back, MIKE!
