Bloodwork improved. Proof that as long as you're getting your micros, you can get healthy eating anything. There is another guy I follow who ate half his calories in Ben and Jerry's and all of his health parameters improved as well as he lost weight.

Yeah, didn't he say he was surprised by the results and he would need a longer-term study to be sure but the results were good? Sorry, I haven't read it in a while.

I've done a similar diet as him since 2012. Still kicking and I feel great lol.

We humans have learned how to fortify our diets. He used a vitamin as well as a protein shake to make up for any deficiency. It's much more unhealthy to carry any amount of extra fat than it is to eat some food that has less nutrition than others.
