Omad..good Wednesday mornin...I’m finding that eating just one meal along with fasting seems to work better for me...then eating 2 small meals and fasting...only problem...I’m stuffed after 2 scrambled eggs with cut up chicken breasts...along with my morning tea and protein powder...but it works for me...

Challenged myself yesterday on zwift..tried to do a 20 mile course with elevation of 3600 in feet...it was a slow very slow peddling up hill...a few flats..but mostly one grade after another..highest grade I seen was 13... I made it 1660 in feet before turning around...not quite half way..1:45 on time..over 700 calories..but so happy with myself for trying...if you don’t challenge yourself...you can’t move on...

Zwift ride after lunch..or at the moment..that’s the plan..all the prep for the week is caught up once again...easy day today...

Welp...another holiday meal over with..a new year getting closer...more challenges to try...

Have a great day everyone...
