Have my cake and eat it to...good Saturday morning...in my case...I have to remember...I can’t enjoy all of those foods on a regular basis...that is what got me here...well that and getting relaxed in life... so easy to do..

Like most things in life ...if it’s not a struggle...you tend to not learn from it...my scales said this morning...since nov 25...14.2 lbs...1.1 in body fat...-2.8 in bmi....in 13 days...didn’t release every day...but logging everyday did help me see what happened when I allowed my body to have the gel packs when riding...or the extra protein shake in rhe afternoon...getting control for me...is a full time job..staying on top of it...gets easier as time goes on...but still a daily challenge...

Today like any day...prep chicken...get a ride in...to dang cold out to go out for very long...25... with wind 15.. but lest no rain or snow for us...Diego went south of us...

Welp...time to get up and prep..have a great Saturday....

This is a full-time job and anyone who says different ... well, they will gain their weight back. 😳 It's too easy to fall back into lifelong old habits.

@Mom2Boxers yes your right ..... it has to be a lifestyle change not just lose weight for a event ! You have to keep up the maintenance and always be aware of what you eat and also not forget the exercise part !
