Would like to say...good Monday morning...that I have dropping weight finally figured out..but don’t want to jinx myself...I do think..that you can’t always do what works for someone else...when my weight went up..I was taking in extra salt when I fasted...for me...that didn’t work...instead my body loved the salt and retained the water...so...it helps to stick with what’s working...and if you do any tweaking..don’t get carried away and change to many things at the same time...if you do..more to figure out...

I often weigh 2hours before bed time..if my weight is down to within a pound of what I weighed that morning..then I’m almost sure IL have a loss...if I ride/workout...a plus on more..for each it varies..

Plan today...get a zwift ride...already baked the chicken...laid out hamburger patty’s for Tuesday...prep...prep..prep...it works for me...

I was shocked to see that much loss on scale this morning...but hey...IL take it....

Well breakfast and tea is gone...need to cut up and put chicken in fridge...then fix a salad for later...get rest of day in gear...

Have a great Monday...keep calm...

I've been following you for many months Wannabheathier and am wondering if some of your supplements might be causing fluid retention. Does your ranch dressing have sodium in it? I read somewhere that if you get more potassium in your diet (like kiwi, kale, broccoli) it helps get rid of sodium and that helps keep that water level down. Your calorie level is certainly low enough. I'm pretty careful with sodium 'cause I want to keep my blood pressure at a healthy level without any medications. Your chart is certainly heading in the right direction. Happy riding today.

I'm sure there is salt in it...but I water it down....makes it last longer...my calories are low...but if I'm not on trainer...I keep my recliner company...lol
